She was formerly core faculty and gallery projects developer at the Armory Center for the Arts, Pasadena, CA. While at the Armory Arts Center, she developed and implemented arts-based programs throughout Los Angeles from 1998-2004. Fee has exhibited and organized exhibitions in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Paris. She was on the board of Foundation for Art Resources from 1998-2000 and assisted with the Freewaves Media Festival in 2002. Catherine Ruggles
